台灣後搖滾樂團甜梅號將在8月推出《腦海群島》的內地版本。《腦海群島》是樂團的第三張專輯，早在今年的2月份就在台灣發行了。 台版唱片是由前衛花園發行，而內地版則將由摩登天空發行。為了推廣專輯，樂隊將在 8月中在內地進行一個為期3天的迷你巡演。
