戳麻(Chock Ma)首支OFFICIAL MV，以籠中鳥比喻困在城市中的人們，客串演出的是樂隊多年老友，「戳麻的第六位成員」，別具意義。樂隊風格揉合PROGRESSIVE METAL、POST ROCK及中樂，賦以具意義的歌詞，是香港別樹一格的樂隊。 

2014年1月11號，新一年新開始，戳麻將舉行《自在本性》專輯播種音樂會，與樂迷一起尋回「自在本性」！
